Problem using HB in spectre
May 04th, 2011, 2:46pm

Hi,

I am trying to use the HB analysis in Cadence Spectre (Version : IC6.1.3.500.13). I keep getting the following error :

'hb is an instance of an undefined model hb'

All other analysis (PSS,PAC,AC,DC...) work fine in the testbench, but whenever I want to do anything based on harmonic balance (HB,HBAC, HBNOISE) I see this problem.

Has anyone faced a similar problem? Is there a fix for this?

Thanks.

Unevb,

IC61 is the version of Virtuoso and not Spectre.
