I'd say go get LTspice and have not only a schematic editor/creator, but a full-blown Spice simulator too! Joe W.

loose-electron Senior Fellow Offline Best Design Tool = Capable Designers Posts: 1638 San Diego California	Re: free software to draw mos transistor level schematic Reply #7 - Nov 12^th, 2011, 4:39am Visio is what I use for just drawings (not free) - LTSpice is a free simulator that includes present day transistor models.
