telescopic amp cascade biasing circuit guidance

Dear All,

I will to design a triple telescopic amp. But I am not clear how to design  the high swing cascade biasing circuit.  Could any one give me some suggession or referece paper.

Pick up a copy of Grey&Meyer ( see books section on this site )
