Plotting derivatives
Jan 10th, 2012, 5:24pm

Hi, I am working my way to plot some results in this program, that is relatively new for me, I need to plot the derivatives of the voltage (ddt(Vg)), Is there a way to do it directly in the Plots part (plot editor)???... Thanks

What program are you referring to?  You've posted in the Verilog-AMS forum, but V-AMS is a language, and various simulators allow you to use the language.

The program is IC-CAP, sorry for the lack of specification.

Solution example:  in PLOT-> Y data 0: derivatives(Id,Vg,1), first order derivative.

Or create a variable in DUT Variables tab and add the funciont "derivative" from the math library
