how to draw a -ve resistance across cross coupled mosfets?
how to draw the locus diagram of this impedance (imag. vs real)?

here is the ct.
i want to find out the value of -ve resistance across c0 cap
and to be able to draw it vs frequency
also i need to draw the locus of this impedance(polar diagram)

-ve and +ve seem to be relatively common abbreviations for negative and positive, respectively (see http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/-ve and http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%2Bve).

- Bias the circuit right at the point where current on both branches are exactly balanced.
- In AC open the circuit at the differential nodes where you want to measure the resistance (drains of x-coupled gates devices)
- Apply a differential AC current of 1A magnitude and measure the voltage magnitude and phase as a difference between both drains of x-coupled gates devices.

That voltage should be the resistance you are looking for.
