please tell me how to solve this problem:
the inline subckt definition 'gpdk090_ndio' does not contain any inline coponents. the inline qualifier will therefore be ignored
            thanks!

I don't understand your problem. Would you please post that model/subckt?

There isn't any real problem at all. It's just that the gpdk090_ndio subcircuit definition apparently contains an additional "inline" qualifier that doesn't make sense and is therefore ignored. In order to eliminate the warning, you can delete the "inline" qualifier from the subcircuit definition. For your simulation results, this will not make any difference.
