I have a design where the input port needs to be probed directly on the wafer, while the output should be from an SMA port on the PCB.

Is it possible to probe a die which is already soldered onto a PCB? My main concern is whether the plane of the die will be horizontal enough for proper probing. If you have any experience with this please share.
