when run mixed signal design using bsimsoi4.3 model, the irun.log says
"Model parameter version =4.3 is not valid, reset to default model value = 3"
and the simulator doesn't convergence.

when run print_mmsimver in shell
the spectre version is 7.1.1

does any one know how to fix this problem?
