Hey everyone!

Looking to find information on the latest and greatest Fin-FET's that are starting to come out.

Any foundry would be suitable.

Things like Bias curves, transconductance, matching, model sets.

Trying to research an article on the topic and the places I am talking to don't really want to talk the analog nature of what they got going on.

Any links, contact people, or leads would be appreciated!

Isscc2013 has a tutorial on T4: Circuit Design using FinFETs by Bing Sheu. You better contact some one who attended that session.

I think you'll have more luck if you try on Semiwiki. It seems to have more people closer to the fabs.
