RF Baseband filter with 100MHz-1GHz bandwidth

1. What kind of implementation for a low pass filter having programmable bandwith from 100MHz-1GHz should be chosen to meet this bandwidth spec. for wireless communication.
2. What If the type of filter is BPF with 2GHz centre frequency and same programmable bandwidth as that of LPF in #1.

Hello,
If we talk about LPF then OIP3=15dBm, NF=15dB, what else spec you want for this?
