Hello,

We were designing a structure for diode in High Voltage Process. The NWELL was extended to the HVNWELL Boundaries. The structure when extracted gives a db2bisonbl with areantop and perinint of 0.
When these parameters are set to zero, the spectre simulation ends with this error: I0.dpepinblsub: Value of `is' should be greater than zero.

Any suggestion to solve this problem?
