differential to single-ended CMOS buffer

Hi all

I want to design a differential to single-ended CMOS buffer (Gain=1).
I can't found a suitable circuit!
please help me

What are your input signals? Differential clock or a small signal input?
There are plenty of circuits to do this kind of job.
