I assume that you want to do a DC simulation in Artist. If so, it's a piece of cake.

Just use the "choose analysis" form to select DC analysis, and push the button to enable sweeping, and select temperature sweep.

To see the hysteresis, you will need to run two analyses. One where you sweep the termperature up, and the other were you sweep it down.
