Geoofrey-
I think you are right, the site a good place for the links.
I did some search, while it's difficultly to find the kind of models in internet.
Yesterday I've got a letter from one of active developer of the Verilog-AMS standard. He wrote
"I am not aware of anyone currently providing Verilog-A nonlinear device models for purchase. There is an effort to create a Verilog-AMS library of device models (at least the specifications) as part of an Accellera standard." It will be helpful to place here the links to the
VHDL-AMS (especially for the semiconductor devices models) too.
My some links to the
Verilog-A nonlinear device models:
http://www.tiburon-da.com -
BSIM3, BSIM4, Philips MOS 9, Philips MOS 11, HiSIM, Philips MEXTRAM (
NOT FREE, Copyright Tiburon Design Automation)
http://www.eda.org/verilog-ams/htmlpages/examples.html - Verilog-AMS sample library (
Diode, SOIMOS, Josephson Tunnel Contact), model of all basic circuit elements (
FREE DOWNLOAD)
VHDL-A nonlinear device models:
http://www.ee.washington.edu/research/pemodels/ -
VBIC, BJT(MGP), LDMOS, VDMOS, IGBT, Thyristors - (FREE DOWNLOAD);
Recently I tried SmartSpice (Silvaco)
http://www.eecad.com/site/tool_details.php?package=1003. It has a lot of nonliner device models, but all the models are implemented in the simulator's code, there are the only very simple DC models for MOS1, MOS3 and BJT, actually unuseful for any simulations, used the only as demo-examples of the "Verilog-A opened interface" of the soft.
Thanks for your help!
Sergey.
