PA simulation

I am doing a PA design.  When I do a PSS analysis, the simulator not always converges, especially when a large signal is applied.

Anyone has some advices.

You can find some suggestions for improving PSS convergence in Appendix B "Running PSS Analysis Effectively" of the SpectreRF User Guide.
