Dear all,
Is there are any special package for the RFIC? Or, I could use the traditional package, such as SOIC, for the RFIC circuit?
Best Regards,

There are some packages especially designed for very fast IOs, like BGA, PBGA and CSP. You can find more on these by searching the internet. Depending on the frequency you are working at (up to some hundreds of MHz), QFP or more classical packages may also work out. You can get all the related information from your package provider.
