we're working on 400 MHz VCO Design. We've used current starved type VCO. This works fine and gives proper duty cycle with all corner cases except FF 0 3.7V
and FF 85 3.7V. Its duty cycle is varying. So how can we proceed with this issue.

Have you check DC operation points at your refered cornner?
