Inverter Design with TSMC cmos18 techlib (Read 2124 times)

Inverter Design with TSMC cmos18 techlib

Hi,

I tried to simulate an inverter which is design with tsmc coms0.18 technology.  The input is voltage pulse source.  The simulator I chose was spectre.  The results look strange (the output is high all the time no matter what the input voltage is?)    

I am wondering if I should choose any other simulator insteasd of spectre?

This one belongs on the circuit simulators board, and so I have responded to it there.
