hi
I want to use a MIM capacitor
my tool is magic, who knows how can I layout a mim cap ?
if u use cadance, what is the procedure which u do to layout a MIM cap ?

Hi,
The design rule which you use shoud gives the guide to draw a MIM layout. Pls read the design rule carefully.

I found the reason
my thechfile didnt have anything about MIM caps
