Hi,

I have MOSFET BSIM 3v3 model in HSPICE LEVEL=49 format and i want to use it in MW  Office. I've tried to simply copy model file in MW Office's library directory, but it probably uses slightly different format.
Has anybody idea how this format should look like? Or how to create own libraries in MW Office (if i create library with BSIM3v322 part, i'll be able to look on the format)
The way aroud would be simply copy-paste parameter values to properties form in Office but it's not convenient when i want to use more modells...
