Hello everyone! have a happy new year!!!
I have a current transformer which generates an induced AC signal: 60 Hz Amplitud may vary from 0 to 10V. The transformer has a resistance of 900 ohm
http://my.netomat.net/sardineta/Current_TransformerI would like to read this signal in order to get it into an ADC. The ADC I will use is inside a microcontroller, PIC16F870.
I have already done a circuit, but I think it requires a special attention that I don't know.
I am not sure if the design of the differential amplifier is correct and also I would like some advices to create the layout, I did one but it does not work well.
I did it in a protoboard and worker well but in the layout it fail, I will upload the layout latter, i don't have the file right know.
other questions are:
Does the power supply is right?
The differential amplifier and all other circuits are right?
what consideration to create the PCB I have to take?
Here is the project
