How to simulate the reference supr with spectre?

Hi,
   I'm now designing a frequency synthesizer.  I use transient analysis to simulate the reference spur, however, the result greatly puzzles me, and the simulation time is neraly intolerable. Can anybody tell how to simulate the reference spur with spectre?
