Question for diva Rule modification (Read 69 times)

ethan Community Member Offline Posts: 36	Question for diva Rule modification Oct 03^rd, 2005, 7:18pm Hi there, I would like to try to modify diva Rule file to extract the subtrate for substrate coupling noise analysis. But I don't know where I can find related materials for explaining diva Rule. Is there anybody know how to do this? I know somebody has done this since I read it from their papers. Many thanks.
