Hi,

I am trying to model the effect of the substrate noise on the LNA. If assume that  VCO has a peak to peak swing of 1.2 volts then what will be a good estimate of sinusoidal noise in the substrate due to the VCO. Is there any heuristic formulas to estimate the noise in the substrate.
