for the sake of phase noise

Hello guys/girls,
I was wondering how to simulate ISF (impulse sensitivity function) . I need an estimation
of how sensistive my oscillator frequency is to a current pulse injected at different timepoints
(in the oscillation period). I would need to inject a current pulse at all the points (kinda sweep?)
Any thoughts ???.........Thanks for your time...
