Thanks for the advices.

With new initial step definitions, I have almost full control on the model. I also added an initial condition to frequency node and it works nice.

About the dc path to ground issue, I'm using a large resistor, but so large resistor results in exceeding the blowup limit for the voltage. 100Mohm works ok. But I still would like to learn, how I can make the transient analysis by skipping the dc solution, as Ken offered. Can you please tell me, how it can be done.

There is a transient analysis option, either skipdc or dcskip. Try 'spectre -h tran'.
