This question may mean something to you, but I doubt it means much to anyone else! Can you expand such that somebody might stand some chance of figuring out what it is you're asking? Otherwise you're unlikely to get an answer.

TR stands for base charge storage reverse transit time. Level 1and Level 2 have default value is zero. Level 4 has default value 1e-11 seconds.

For Level 8 model TR is time constant for inverse operation (default equals 1e-9 seconds).

For Level 9 TR is reverse transit time (default is 0).

For Level 11 TR is reverse charge storage time, intrinsic BC diode (default is 0).
