reset/sampling noise

I would like to know if i can simulate the sampling (kTC) noise with spectre or do i need spectreRF. Further is it possible to simulate hard and soft reset for a 3 transistor active pixel sensor. Thanks

Hi, I am also facing a similar problem.  Where you able to figure out how to simulate your circuit?
