I am struggling with a simulation of a circuit including BSIM43 model transistors in Spectre.
I suspect that my problem could be caused to AS and AD parameters being set or not (i.e. default hanling applies - for calculating ASeff, Adeff).

It would be very helpful if I could see the calculated values of ADeff and ASeff, however I cannot find where they would be output.

I have set
     outputParameter info what=all where=rawfile
but I only get: "leff, rgbi, weff".

Also I tried to set 'element info'  to 'all' - I get a lot of parameters but not adeff nor aseff.

After reading Spectre manual for 2 days now - I am stuck and running out of options to try.

So,  perhaps you guys and gals had run into similar problem before :

Is it possible to see calculated ADeff and ASeff? If yes, where to look for/which flag to set to get it?

Any suggestion would be very much appreciated

Thak you for the info Andrew, you confirmed that adeff and aseff are not reachable  :'( \
Pity... I suspected that but thought that I must have been missing something. Ah well ...
