Now i am design a 12 bit adc,which go with 100MSPs and the amplitude is 400mV.It need a source follower for driving load.Though i have make the pole at 1G,the bandwidth of loss free amplitude is only ahout 20M.It looks like the loss can not be avoid,so i want to know what bandwidth is appropriate for my adc?
