Hi All,
I am trying to build basic diode rectifier circuit to understand the optimum operating frequency of Agilent RF diodes(HSMS).This is because I find the any design using diode to have lot of ripples at different frequencies;hence i felt the optimum operating freq needs to be determined.

Could some one help me on this or link me to good resource for these designs on Ansoft Designer.
I am beginner and any help would be appreciated.
