Probe node voltage in one subckt
Sep 15th, 2010, 6:13pm

Hi Guys,

How do I probe ALL node voltage in one specified subckt when I run simulation with spectre in ADE? I mean all nodes in an arbitrary specified subckt.

Thanks
Yawei

Hi Yawei,

There's an example of doing this in the "spectre -h save" :

save * subckt=inv

(where inv is the name of your subckt master). Note you have to do this via an include file (e.g. including a *.scs file using this syntax, via the Model Libraries form); there's no way of defining it directly in the ADE UI. Partly that's due to the challenges of translating wildcards between different namespaces, but hopefully we can resolve that one day!

Regards,

Andrew.
