My LC QVCO circuit uses two differential inductors (ind_I, ind_Q). each inductor is around 300u x 300um.
What are the advices / guidance to draw the layout?
It got to be symmetry and balance load. Could the two inductors place near to each other to save area? Will it cause strong interference and interaction? Is there any good example layout?
