CMOS Image Sensor modeling
Dec 26th, 2011, 1:27am

Hi,
I'm doing Image Sensor design and I need to model for a 4T Active Pixel CMOS Image Sensor. I have I-V curves for the source follower but I'm not sure how to use them for the model.
What I need is, prefreably VerilogA, behavioral model example and an explanation on how to use the information I have.

Thanks,
* Nimrod Ben-Ari

I do consulting work with Asygn and this company has an analog system-level simulation tool specifically for pixel arrays: http://www.asygn.com/SoftAnalogArrays.php

'Hope that this is of help.
