How to save and plot intrinsic parameters of MOSFETs modeled by Verilog-A
Mar 22nd, 2012, 8:01pm

Hi,

I modeled a MOSFET using Verilog-A codes and compiled my codes using HSPICE.

In my model I introduced potential (V), charge(q) equations. I want to plot V/q vs. Vgs graph and want to save the simulated data and also intrinsic device parameters.

Can you please explain how I can do it by Verilog-A

Best regards,
Tapas

Verilog-A, being a modeling language, has nothing to do with plotting. I think the question you should be asking is how do you do this with HSPICE.

Unfortunately, never having used HSPICE I do not know the answer to that. But now that you know it is an HSPICE question, perhaps you might want to read your HSPICE manual.
