 I have setup a bondwire modeling with hfss, after hfss analysis, the results shows s parameter, y,z parameter, vswr....
 however, it does't show the L and Q of the bondwire, then how can I know the two usually used values?  calculate the L & Q with s parameter??  who knows the formula ?
 or cadence can use the s parameter extracted from hfss?

besides the bondwire, I saw a document modeling a symmetric spiral with hfss, after the analysis, it uses the following formula to calculate the spiral , but it does't show its equivalent circuit .
so , the following zp1, zp2, Rs.... I can't know what it represents.
