It is impossible to say what the problem is from your description because we don't know what the circuit is or what is different about the noisy nodes compared to other nodes.

I suspect your noisy nodes are high impedance nodes?
You could play around with tightening iabstol to control the absolute current tolerance and/or vabstol to see if either of these impact the noisy result. I would change them individually in one order of magnitude steps and see if the result changes.
