At a first glance this looks to be as a Miller compensated two stage opamp with RHP zero cancellation. In context of attached figure, A is a two stage amplifiers formed by cascading two common source stages. To stabilize the same a Miller capacitance is added as shown in B. One of the ways of cancelling the RHP zero introduced due to Miller compensation, is to have a buffer as shown in C [Ref. Gray and Meyer]. However, this not what the circuit posted by you seems to be doing (The supposed buffer is actually inverting in the example you posted).
