Derivation of jitter expression from phase noise
Jan 13th, 2017, 5:09am

In Thomas Lee' book, 'The design of low noise oscillators', he derives the jitter after tau duration. Long term jitter can be defined simply as the limit when tau tends to infinity. (I have attached an image with this post; please see that).
Can someone work out or point to me how the limit was solved when phase noise function becomes unbounded as ω tends to 0?
