I have read your paper "predicting the phase noise and jitter in PLL"

Now I am interesting in the jitter of the Pll output after vco buffer.
 So I measure the Pll output periods after it is stable and
generate the 'periods.m'

I did not include FD in the vco.
and the parameters I used are: Fout = 480MHz Fin=12MHz N=40 and M=1
