hi,
i am working on a wideband mixer for uwb application. i found it very hard to maintain the gain/attenuation flatness over the frequency bands (3G~6G) with a simple RLC load. (Decreasing R can de-Q the gain but loses the gain). I tried switching between different RLC loads but the switches add alot of parasitics to the mixer. Any suggestions? Thanks!
