assura LVS can not open (Read 4990 times)

assura LVS can not open

Hi all,
I am encounter a problem with assura LVS.
The LVS windown can not pop up. Instead, icfb says the following:

*Error* parseString: argument #1 should be either a string or a symbol (type template = "SS") - nil

Can anyone help?
Assura LVS worked fine a couple of weeks ago. We didn't make any change to the server.
Assura is 3.14, design kit: tsmc 025um, v17.

I assume Assura saves the one of the GUI field values in the wrong data type
that it tries to read it back in the '.assuraLastRun' file or '.lvs.Last.state' file.

Delete this files in your working directory and the try to run Assura LVS again.

I saw this behaviour some when before and thought I could find a related PCR or at least a
Service Request form my side to Cadence, but unfortunately I couldn't.
