Problem in  RF IC Package Modeler Form
Jul 31st, 2008, 3:45am

Hi Everybody,

I need to draw the bond plan showing  the connections  beetween the IC package pins  and chip-bondpads. So, I am using RF IC  Package Modeler (PKG ).

While using this tool , I have noticed that the upper four  side buttons are active in the opening form. But , the lower four buttons including " Internal lead frame setup " and  "Macromodel Generation " remain inactive always. Even though,  I have given inputs for the upper four features, the lower four buttons still remain disabled.

Is there any way to activate those lower four buttons ? Any workaround ?

With Regards,

           IKB

That doesn't happen for me. Perhaps it's a peculiarity of the options you've chosen for the earlier steps in the flow.

However I should point out that PKG has been end-of-lifed for some considerable time, and no work has been done on it for several years.

Regards,

Andrew.
