Help with resistive extraction in RCX

Dear All,

I'm trying to block the resistive parasitic extraction of some layers (in current case, poly) . I know that there is a command called res_blocking in the capgen options but I dont know how to use it.

I run Assura 3.1.6 RCX from the GUI. I tried editing the RCXspiceINIT file under Assura/LPE but couldnt succesfully block poly resistance from being extracted.

I'd appreciate any suggestions and help in this matter.

For more details, read the extraction documentation... Note that you're using an old (unsupported) version - probably wise to use something more recent. Regards, Andrew.
