ring oscillator with differential outputs
Jan 19th, 2016, 11:23pm

Hello everyone!

I wish to design a ring oscillator of 250 Hz (without using inductors and capacitors ) with two differential outputs. But the phase difference between the two outputs should be exactly 180 degrees. Also I need the output DC to be 900mV. I am using 1.8V supply voltage.

Can anyone suggest me some paper for the same??

you may want to go at a higher frequency and do digital divide down afterwards.

lots of papers in the IEEE JSSC - start there.

Google
RIng oscillators John Maneatus

that will be a good start point
