Netlist generation from config view
Jun 15th, 2017, 6:02am
Hi All,

I am using the cadence virtuoso tool. I created the config view from the schematic. For Verilog-AMS netlist generate, I use the following command line:

runams -lib lib_name -cell cell_name -view config -netlist -rundir top_dir

Now my question is, How to generate the .amsbind.scs file with netlist?which contain connect module (amscf.scs) .

Is there a missing option in command line?

runams will do this provided that the netlist assembly succeeded - it's in the rundir/netlist.

To generate an analog control file, you'd have to pass -state so that it has an ADE state to specify the analysis set up and so on. Otherwise you can write your own and pass -analogcontrol to the runams command line.
