I have started to learn to design a two-stage operational amplifier recently and have got some questions regarding the design flow and simulation methods.

Simulation Method:
1. How should we set up the opamp so that we can simulate and design its open-loop response correctly?

Design Flow:
2. In designing an operational amplifier, should we focus on designing the opamp's open-loop response first before designing its loop gain response (As we know it will be used in a feedback configuration in the end)?  Can someone please show me the standard design flow for a two-stage operational amplifier?
